This will particularly apply if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, involvement in fraud, prohibited conduct, or if we are legally obligated to do so. Upon termination of an account due to a breach of regulations, any remaining funds may be confiscated in accordance with our internal guidelines and applicable law.

These Terms, as well as any dispute or claim arising in connection therewith, the platform's functionality, or your relationship with Fruit Million, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Norway. Both parties agree that the courts in Norway shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any legal disagreements, unless otherwise determined by mandatory consumer legislation.
